In addition to desktop, PC and laptop repairs, and fixing software issues, we carry out new computer installations and network/server management. Our fully mobile team can also diagnose issues with associated hardware, such as printers, routers, WiFi and network equipment, and provide VOIP solutions and CCTV/Alarm installation. We also fix virus and malware issues, email problems, and can rectify your slow computers.
Mister IT delivers basic computer tuition to ensure you or your team are right up to speed with any new or existing technology.
About Mister IT
Robert Lowe is the experienced software engineer and computer technician behind Mister It. He started the company in 2018, after 12 years working in the IT sector in Christchurch. This included several years with one of Christchurch’s largest software development firms as a Data Centre Manager and IT Support Engineer, and stints as a technician with a couple of mobile IT support firms, solving a myriad of clients’ IT problems.
Robert doesn’t believe IT support should be ridiculously expensive, which was a key driver for the establishment of Mister IT. Most clients work with Robert directly, or his small team of highly trained, professional technicians, who provide additional support.
